A "bank" of slot machines is a row of slot machine games. This phrase can be used to describe any row of slot machines in any type of business that offers slots. (Not just traditional casinos, in other words.) A "bank of slot machines" doesn't really exist online, since the slots aren't really arranged in rows. Although I suppose one could stretch the definition to include the list of options on an online casino website.

A related term, which is almost synonymous with "bank" is "carousel", which also refers to a group of slot machines. (Although a carousel of slot machines is actually a group of banks, if that makes sense.)
