Progressive Slots

Instead of having a fixed jackpot but regular slot machines, progressive slots have a type of jackpot that continually increases in size. It does this by keeping a percentage of bets made on each spin. The amount of the progressive jackpot is usually displayed at the top of the screen on the machine. The way to win the progressive jackpot varies from machine to machine but generally, the player must hit the machine’s bonus game before they can have access to the jackpot.

There are two types of progressive jackpots. The first type is a single progressive jackpot where the jackpot increases from the spins on one machine and can only be won on that machine. The second type of progressive jackpot is a multiple progressive machine. In this case, there are several machines that are connected together in one casino or across several casinos. The jackpot takes a percentage of each spin from all the separate machines and anyone playing one of these machines can win the jackpot.
