Win AmountThe number of coins or amount of money won on a particular spin on a slot machine. Return to the slot machine terms main page. The win amount is not necessarily the amount of money won for a particular winning combination. If a player is playing a slot machine with multiple pay lines, the player receives the amount of coins won for every winning combination the player has on that particular spin. For instance, you win $10 for achieving on winning combination, $5 for another winning combination and $2 for a third winning combination on the pay line. This particular slot machine win amount would be $17. In this way, the win amount is similar to the term "coin size" in slots terminology. The coin size is not the denomination of the coins being wagered, but the total amount of all the coins being wagered. Where coin size is the size of the bet on a particular spin, then win amount is the size of the money won on a particular spin. | Slot Machines Main Page |
